Job Duties

• Identify and document best practice processes in collaboration with other HR departments.
• Maintain confidentiality when researching and responding to customer inquiries/issues.
• Develop and maintain accurate information within the Human Capital Management System (HCM) and Taleo Recruit Onboarding.
• Provide prompt and accurate assistance to candidates, tracking and documenting inquiries within Taleo Onboarding.
• Investigate and actively seek resolution to problems and concerns.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to work with confidential information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions with minimal guidance.
• Experience in PeopleSoft HCM version 8.8 or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and problem resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency in PeopleSoft and Taleo.
• Relevant experience with the employer.
• HR Onboarding experience.

Salary Range

$46,000.00 to $50,000.00, actual salary commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule

Local remote work, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and as needed on occasion.
