The HR Administrator is a newly created position with Top2Bottom Business Solutions,
responding to our continued growth. As with any created position, the successful candidate will grow
and develop the job and themselves with their experience, passion and professionalism.
Reporting to the CEO, you will have the opportunity to work directly with him on planning and execution
of all Human Resources-related strategies. This pivotal position will be vertically organized, providing
value ranging from administrative tasks to an advisory role related to HR needs.
The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for all staffing, payroll, benefits review and
administration, performance management support and general administration related to HR. In
addition, the position provides Executive administration support as needed, including (but not limited
to) coordinating general insurance review and quotes, reviewing leases and partner agreements, and
advising management in HR and administrative issues.
Representative Responsibilities Snapshot: (Full job description will be provided to interviewed
candidates)
Manage and execute the entire staffing role from creating job descriptions and on-boarding to
terminations and off-boarding
Run bi-weekly payroll and produce reporting to management and employees as requested. Be the
go-to person for the payroll platform
Benefits: Assure employees understand and have access to all applicable benefits. Support
management in benefit package design and selection
Performance Management Support: Assure that performance management guidelines are in place
and that management is informed as to timing and deliver of performance feedback
HR Administration: Assure all files and documentation are maintained, Employee handbook and
other forms updated and published, all regulatory compliance is followed, HR and payroll platforms
are functioning as needed, management information provided as needed
Executive Administration Support: Assist Sr. Management with administrative projects (i.e.
insurance renewals, insurance audits, planning execution of Company Meetings)
