• Attention to detail is crucial
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and navigating Windows

• Job responsibilities include reviewing backgrounds, investigating background checks, and adjudicating processes
• Technical proficiency, including the ability to filter in a sheet
• Training Schedule: 4-6 weeks of training via Zoom
• Skills needed: prior experience with queue-based casework, reporting, and identity verification
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm Arizona Time zone
• Strong writing ability
• Start Date: September 5th (day after Labor Day)
• 100% WFH/Remote – Must be located in the local Phoenix, AZ area
• Performing analysis to identify trends and root causes
