As a Customer Onboarding & Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by delivering exceptional services and support. Responsibilities


  • Onboard new customers and configure their Hiring Company platform
  • Continuously improve team practices and identify efficiencies
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, services, and customer success management
  • Manage multiple customer projects independently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables
  • Launch new mentorship programs for customers
  • Develop expert-level knowledge in key product functionality to guide customers towards strong adoption and platform growth
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Achieve customer satisfaction goals for onboarding and services projects
  • Identify and mitigate customer project risks effectively
  • Provide ad hoc services and support to ensure customer growth and adoption


Desired Skills & Experience


  • Experience leading customer onboarding or services projects in a B2B SaaS organization (ed tech preferred)
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders
  • Openness to professional development opportunities
  • Willingness to take risks and challenge assumptions to deliver optimal solutions for customers
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and time to value targets
  • Familiarity with Hiring Company platform or higher education experience (consulting, software/tech partner, or direct work in higher education)
