Human Resources Administrator (Ukg & Hris)

Position Overview:

The HR Administrator role provides administrative support to the organization related to HR projects including reporting, general analysis, working with COEs to ensure data is transitioned accurately on a timely basis. This role will also provide support to COE functions for small projects reporting HR metrics.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide administrative support to assigned function
• Provide administrative support to HR Field
• Escalate any issues that can not be resolved
• Oversees and maintains optimal function of the UKG Onboarding Gateway, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
• Answer incoming calls and emails and provide appropriate responses
• Assist with posting job openings
• Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
• Support HR projects and initiatives
• Assist with onboarding activities to include onboarding of acquisitions
• Facilitate tasks and alignment for HR Transformation activities

What do you need?

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with presenting information
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred; human resources or related discipline preferred.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to form relationships with employees at all levels
• Some knowledge of Google or Microsoft Office products a plus
• Familiarity with UKG preferred
• Good listening skills
• Some problem-solving orientation with enthusiasm for digging into data and information issues
• Must pass pre-employment background screen
• In lieu of degree 2 - 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
