Job Description
Joining our team at Aston Carter as a Benefits Specialist offers a unique opportunity for career growth and success. As part of our Employee Services Team, you will gain valuable experience in utilizing cutting-edge technologies and processes for Benefit Administration, Help Desk, and Workforce Administration duties. With a focus on effective communication and a fast-paced environment, this role will allow you to excel and make a meaningful impact.


Skills & Qualifications


  • Knowledge of employee benefits, COBRA, and federal/regulatory requirements
  • Experience with Workday or Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and handle sensitive, confidential issues
  • Punctuality and adherence to set schedule, with flexibility for extra hours as needed
  • Strong communication skills via telephone, email, and in-person
  • 2 years of related experience and/or training
  • Proficient in PC Skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS, etc.)
