Job Description

Job Summary:


The HR/Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting the HR team and managing day-to-day operations in the office.

This position is part-time with the potential to become full-time. The estimated hourly rate for this position: $25.00 – 30.00/hr. The actual rate is based on fair market value based on your geographical location, skills, role requirements, and responsibilities. This posted compensation is a good faith and reasonable estimate. Denovo reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Assists with the onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors.
  • Assists with planning and execution of events, such as quarterly meetings, employee events, and holiday parties.
  • Assists the human resources department with projects, tasks, and ad hoc responsibilities.
  • Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
  • Manages the administrative expenses of the company's office.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, tracking candidates in our ATS, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist Executive Team with administrative needs.


Requirements:


  • Must be a self-starter and driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2+ years of experience in HR and/or office management preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
