Role Overview
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to Lone Star Circle of Care patients. You'll assist with scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience. This role will give you the chance to work closely with our dedicated Patient Navigation Center Team and Clinical Staff, all while contributing to the overall well-being of our community.
Responsibilities
Provide top-notch customer service to all Patient Navigation Center contacts, assisting with scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
Verify patient insurance and guide uninsured patients through the LSCC sliding fee program registration process.
Perform data entry and update patient information using our electronic practice management system.
Utilize our cutting-edge LSCC software tools efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred; work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Minimum Of One (1) Year Of Customer Service Experience.
Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs.
Preferred Experience
Six (6) months of prior medical office or healthcare setting experience.
Minimum Three (3) Months Call Center Experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish language and writing skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.25 - $16.00 per hour
