Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students.
Develop tailored lesson plans to meet students' specific academic needs.
Build strong rapport with students and maintain open communication with parents regarding progress.
Utilize your teaching skills and classroom experience to create engaging learning experiences.
Demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while working with children and adolescents.
Qualifications
Certified Teachers preferred, with classroom experience.
Eligibility to work in the United States is a must.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students and parents.
Passion for working with young learners and helping them succeed.
Reliable, organized, and flexible with scheduling.
Availability to work a minimum of a few hours per week (additional hours available if desired).
Tutoring schedules are customizable based on tutor availability and parental preferences, including weekends.
Duration And Compensation
Tutoring sessions are conducted in 1-2 hour increments, focusing on one-on-one interaction.
Tutors will receive a competitive hourly rate per subject, with payments made bi-weekly.
Our flexible scheduling allows tutors to work between 2 and 20 hours per week.
