Job Description

Description

Our HR team is customer obsessed and our employees are our customers - from pre-hire to hire and beyond, and we want to provide an unmatched, top-notch experience.

This role will be instrumental in supporting all areas of Human Resources (HR), but with an Operations focus. The position will focus on new hire onboarding and the new employee first year experience. Additionally, this role will manage employee recognition, education reimbursement and employee gifting.


Essential Duties:

  • Manage Educational Training Program
  • Delivers a first-class onboarding and orientation experience and provides recommendations to create efficiencies.
  • Manages employee recognition programs (anniversary, life events, and M.O.R.E. card)
  • Schedules and tracks employee and manager compliance training.
  • Updates Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System to ensure all records remain up to date and accurate, onboards new hires, owns and manages I-9 verification, and offboards terminations.
  • Other Duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements

  • Decision Quality: Makes sound decisions quickly, gathers information, considers long term repercussions of decisions, is accountable for decisions.
  • Technical/Functional Expertise: Has knowledge of the job, function, department, and its impact on customers, continues to learn and grow, stays current on changes in process, policy and the function, and fulfills responsibilities of the job.
  • Drives for Results and Quality: Takes ownership of job assignments and productivity, takes initiative, focuses on the quality and quantity of results, sets priorities and meets deadlines and keeps management apprised of progress.
  • High School Diploma/ GED


Range/Rate:

$37,500-$46,000


Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
