Job Summary

As a Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter you will work hand in hand with the company Human Resources Manager while conducting a full range of activities around the selection of candidates. You will create, update and conduct the full workflow with candidates. You will also assist with some day-to-day Human Resources duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Consults with management on all aspects of the recruitment process.

· Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e. job boards, networking groups, social media, etc.)

· Recruiting/screening/onboarding

· Employee support/benefits

· Employee feedback/retention

· Coaching / training for supervisory staff

· Employee training and evaluation process

· Job descriptions

· Metrics/goals (Lean mindset)

· Advancement/Promotion ladders

· Provide Payroll Administration Backup

Qualifications:

1. High School plus 4 years of recruiting experience or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience for a Coordinator
2. Strong technology skills in MS Office products such as Word and Excel. Familiarity with Human Resource systems and relational databases preferred.
3. Ability to learn new systems and willingness to grow
