Here Is What You Will Do

• Define, plan, direct, coordinate and oversee human resource operations activities in the organization to ensure growth and development.
• Enhance the company culture and employee engagement through consistent communication of company vision, goals, and objectives.
• Work collaboratively with the CEO and external resources to analyze processes and policies and make recommendations to develop solutions.
• Assist in formulating and implementing strategic goals.

• Have experience with merger and acquisitions, due diligence and integrating acquisitions

• Possess critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence, strong communication skills (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills
• Have 5+ years human resource management experience

Compensation And Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000, based on experience. AVFX offers robust benefit options with medical, dental, vision, Life and AD&D insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability and 401(k), in addition to paid time off.
