🔍About the Role:
As our Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining talent acquisition, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting administrative functions. This full-time position is 100% remote, allowing you to join our passionate team from anywhere in the world.
💡Your Responsibilities:
- Inbound Recruiting & Screening (55%): Collaborate with leadership to define hiring requirements, conduct phone screenings, interviews, and maintain an organized ATS pipeline.
- General Admin Tasks to CEO (15%): Assist the CEO with HR, business, and personal tasks, supporting our dynamic company growth.
- HR Tasks (20%): Manage US-based employee HR emails, oversee new benefits programs, and conduct employee surveys to improve morale and productivity.
- Linkedin Outreach (10%): Source potential candidates and partners, encouraging them to join our adventure.
🎯Key Outcomes:
- Source and attract top talent via Linkedin and other platforms.
- Effectively reduce the inbound hiring funnel, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring processes.
- Streamline internal team time spent on hiring, leaving more room for innovation and creativity.
- Reduce the CEO's workload on healthcare, benefits, and HR queries, freeing up more time for strategic planning.
- Maintain an up-to-date list of job openings, ensuring no positions go stale.
- Enhance employee health, engagement, and productivity through thoughtful HR initiatives.
- Improve company morale and employee happiness, fostering a positive impact in our community.
- Conduct an average of two employee interviews per week, ensuring we hire the best-fit candidates.
🔍About You:
- Excellent phone skills/communication
- Outside-the-box thinking
- Understanding of US HR laws and regulations
- Your excellent communication skills and positive attitude create an inviting atmosphere for potential candidates.
- Experience in technical recruiting
- Ability to perform LinkedIn outreach for potential candidates
- Should be well-versed in what’s legal when hiring
- Good cultural fit with the ability to screen for culture
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Understanding of best hiring practices and techniques
- Experience in maintaining employee morale and company culture.
- Experience recruiting and screening candidates
- You are well-versed in the legal aspects of hiring and have exceptional organizational skills to keep our hiring process running smoothly.
- Good organization skills and email followup

- Ability to conduct effective employee surveys
- Experience negotiating salary & benefits

- Familiarity with technical recruiting

- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
