Job Title: HR Business Partner - REMOTE

The Human Resources Business Partner II is responsible for providing strategic direction and input to business leaders regarding overall human capital strategies that support the culture, company direction, and the growth needs of the business and employees.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Manage the Company’s benefits package and open enrollment process and seek to
- Assist leadership in identifying talent gaps, defining job requirements and drafting job
- Build an effective pipeline of applications, review resumes and conduct candidate
- Continuation of benefits, device management, etc.
- Accounts, and ensuring new team members are properly introduced and welcomed
- Own the off boarding process including termination/resignation letters, exit interviews,
- Coordinate and manage existing employee human resources issues, as necessary
- Screenings, schedule interviews and collect feedback from managers
- Coordinate new hire on boarding including drafting/issuing offer letters, setting up

Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of related human resources or people management experience
- Ability to work independently and across multiple levels within the organization
- Desire for a remote work environment
- Team-player with a “can do” attitude who is eager to jump into a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information in a discrete and professional manner
