Head Of Hr (Us)

The Head of HR is responsible for the overall HR strategy and execution for our North American operations. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing the HR team, and providing HR support to employees and managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in a IT Services or other technology-driven industry, and will be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the HR team, including hiring, training, and development
• Represent the company in HR-related matters to external stakeholders
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's business goals
• Oversee HR compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide HR support to employees and managers, including onboarding, performance management, and compensation

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to think strategically and solve problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 15+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on IT Services or other technology-driven industries
• Strong leadership and management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a global company
• Certified HR Professional (CHRP)
• Experience with HR software systems
