Job Description

As a HR Business Partner at Zagros USA Consulting, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's HR strategy and partnering with business leaders to drive talent management initiatives. You will be responsible for aligning HR policies, practices, and programs with the company's overall objectives, ensuring a high-performance culture, and fostering employee engagement and development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  3. Talent Acquisition and Management: Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees. Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and performance evaluations.
  4. Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Provide guidance on salary administration, promotions, and other reward initiatives.
  5. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  6. Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Facilitate employee feedback mechanisms and recommend improvements to enhance the work environment.
  7. Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and deliver HR-related training sessions to employees and managers.
  8. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to generate insights and support decision-making. Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management review.
  9. Change Management: Support organizational change efforts by providing guidance and support to employees and managers during times of transition.
  10. HR Project Management: Lead or participate in HR projects, such as policy rollouts, HR system implementations, or process improvements.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering or HR generalist roles. Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus.
  3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in HR analytics.
  4. Business Acumen: Ability to understand business operations, objectives, and challenges and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively communicate HR policies and practices.
  6. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  7. Leadership: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  8. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
