Job Description

Insider Intelligence is looking for a highly-skilled, results-oriented HR Business Partner to support our fast-growing business.


This is a great opportunity for an HR Business Partner (Talent Partner) who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, within a supportive team and thrives on bringing critical projects to completion.


The Talent Partner will be someone who is an excellent communicator, is organized, and has endless enthusiasm for the digital media and research space, for helping colleagues develop in their careers, and for making Insider Intelligence an even better place to work.


As a Talent Partner, you will have your eyes and ears on the ground, get to know the organization and be keyed into opportunities and challenges as they arise. You will coach and advise Insider Intelligence’s managers to become better leaders.


This person has an entrepreneurial spirit and will be expected to proactively seek opportunities for Insider Intelligence to improve its human capital.


The ideal candidate is:

  • An effective and confident communicator who tailors messaging to business partners and employees with empathy and directness.
  • The ultimate project manager with the ability to execute both strategic and tactical priorities.
  • Extremely knowledgeable in Human Resources areas and is familiar with US employment laws and best practices.
  • Data savvy to measure, track and analyze employee, DEI and recruitment stats.
  • Solutions driven who can create thoughtful, practical and proactive solutions.
  • Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and keeps it top of mind throughout any task to allow the company to continuously improve.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and initiatives within assigned business groups to develop and implement programs and services to increase employee engagement, retention and job satisfaction.
  • Partner with management to foster a positive work culture, boost employee morale, and equip them with tools for career development.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify and solve people-related issues and devise talent strategies that align with the company's goals
  • Lead performance management of employees in business units (ensuring goals are set, performance is tracked and documented, compensation reviewed, etc.)
  • Lead and complete succession planning exercises for assigned business units
  • Supporting company-wide learning and development initiatives
  • Mediate and manage employee relations issues
  • Understand the dynamics and priorities of assigned client groups and successfully coach business leaders on effective team management.
  • Coach managers and team members on giving and receiving feedback


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Strong client-support orientation and demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and with a wide range of clients, individually and in groups – inside and outside of the company.
  • Impeccable communication and organization skills
  • Demonstrated coaching/ mentoring skills
  • Experience working in both established organizations and high-growth, fast-paced environments (tech or start-ups)
  • Significant HR partnering experience (Experience supporting sales and marketing teams is a huge plus)
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, project management, and presentation skills
  • Experience designing and building policies, compensation plans, feedback systems, and training programs
  • High emotional intelligence
