Job Description

As an HR Business Partner at Mapable USA Crowdfunding Podcast, your role will be crucial in supporting the organization's overall HR strategy and objectives. You will work closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to provide HR guidance, support, and solutions. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  1. HR Strategy and Planning:
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Participating in the development of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Handling employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR-related matters.
  • Conducting exit interviews and analyzing data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
  • Overseeing the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and documentation.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and providing guidance on the recruitment process.
  • Participating in candidate interviews and selection processes.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Providing guidance on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and facilitating feedback discussions.
  • Assisting managers in setting performance goals and objectives.
  1. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Collaborating with the compensation team to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Supporting career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
