Job Opportunity Overview
Imedview, a dynamic and rapidly growing company, has expanded from a team of 5 to 65 in just five years. We are seeking to enhance our HR team to further nurture our workforce with utmost attention.
Position Summary
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our HR department. This includes conducting interviews, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, and upholding company policies and standards.
Roles And Responsibilities
Maintain meticulous records of mandatory and optional training, ongoing education, and job evaluations. This encompasses safety training, anti-harassment workshops, professional certifications, and skills assessments.
Collaborate with departmental managers to comprehend the necessary skills and competencies for various roles. Spearhead the recruitment, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates.
Launch initiatives like new employee onboarding and programs to acknowledge and appreciate our workforce.
Execute routine tasks linked to HR programs, such as compensation, benefits, leave management, conflict resolution, performance assessment, talent nurturing, workplace morale, safety measures, and employee development.
Act as the first point of contact for employment-related inquiries, deftly handling queries from candidates, employees, and supervisors. Escalate intricate or sensitive concerns to appropriate personnel.
Actively participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigative procedures involving employees.
Uphold compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, adapting policies as needed to ensure ongoing alignment.
Keep abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and technological advancements related to human resources, talent management, and employment legislation.
Undertake additional duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to contribute across various HR domains.

Education And Experience
