What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of exciting tasks, including:
Managing inventory levels through our cutting-edge system.
Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams, issuing purchase orders, and seeking quotes.
Keeping the open order board up-to-date for seamless operations.
Handling expedited orders like a pro to ensure a smooth supply chain.
Quoting standard and smaller dollar items to support our company's goals.
Building strong relationships with our trusted vendors.
Resolving invoice discrepancies promptly to keep things running smoothly.
Plus, other exciting duties that keep the workday engaging and dynamic.
What You Need
We're looking for someone who brings energy and enthusiasm to the role. Here's what we're looking for:
A bachelor's degree (or in pursuit of one) in a business-related field, with a focus on Supply Chain or Purchasing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Excellent communication skills.
A professional demeanor and a knack for representation.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan effectively.
Results-oriented with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
