Your Impact
Key Responsibilities:
Guide the entire recruitment journey, from initial engagement to onboarding
Employ creative methods to source hospitality talent, leveraging both traditional and cutting-edge platforms
Evaluate candidate qualifications through insightful resume reviews and engaging phone screenings
Cultivate strong rapport with hiring managers, fostering trustworthy partnerships
Present well-considered candidate recommendations for suitable roles
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, offering guidance throughout the recruitment process
Harness the power of advanced tools like applicant tracking systems and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
Desired Qualities
5+ years of hands-on hospitality operations/management experience or previous involvement in hospitality recruiting
Stellar written and verbal communication skills
