Global People Operations Process Analyst

Duties:

· Diagrams and evaluates existing processes through the creation of process maps using LucidChart.

· Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams in discussions to create, analyze and improve current state processes.

· Establishes a baseline, analyzing steps or waste, of the current state process in order to set up the future optimization.

· Collects data to identify root cause of problems and pain points across the end-to-end process.

· Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes, focusing specifically on automation and technology improvements using the ServiceNow Platform.

· Communicates team progress.

Skills:

· 2-3 years of work experience in process mapping using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies; process engineering skills preferred where available

· Experience creating process framework and models

· Experience with HR end-to-end business processes (CRM, ATS, On boarding, Off Boarding, Organizational Changes, and other cross functional processes)

· Experience differentiating between process and transactions

· Experience with process visualization software (Lucid, Visio)

· Project management and continuous improvement experience

Pay Rate Range:

· $25-34/hr.
