Job Title:Operations Senior Analyst

Location:Remote

Duration: 18 Months Contract

• Is responsible for preparing and reviewing key statements and document related to business operations / Finance Operations or key accounts.
• May gather results and prepare reporting for distribution to clients.
• Ensure that production levels and targets are achieved and effective processing controls are in place.

• May assist in business processing, service levels and reporting.
• Candidates must have a reliable internet connection.
• Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Operations Management job family.
• This role will be completely remote and can be sourced from across the US.
• Identify ways to streamline operational procedures between or within departments.
• Training hours are "local time".
• Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.
• Manages program and project implementation and makes significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts.
• Completes day-to-day Business Operations / Finance Operations tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.
• Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.
• Schedules will need to be adjusted based on location as the core hours for this department are 8AM-5PM CST.
