The Amplify Business Operations team is looking for an experienced Analyst, Business Process Management (BPM). This role is responsible for leading process and system improvement initiatives. The BPM Analyst works closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and systems, and to identify improvement opportunities. This role will partner with stakeholders and business leaders to gain agreement on project scope, timing, goals and success criteria. As projects are approved, the BPM Analyst will ensure successful project outcomes by leading and/or collaborating with the project team to complete deliverables on time and on budget.

This role is responsible for both thinking strategically to identify areas of improvement as well as for drilling into the details to analyze data, develop workflows, complete project deliverables, and to document user stories, requirements, test scenarios and training materials. This role will ensure successful fulfillment of business requirements by either directly developing solutions or uniting with technical implementers.

  • Define future state solutions that meet or exceed Amplify’s strategic business goals
  • Track and communicate project status, issues, risks and decisions to senior management in an Agile, change-laden environment
  • Manage the complete project initiation lifecycle - analyze the current state, define the problem, establish project goals and timing, document the project charter, and gain stakeholder buy-in
  • Clarify and communicate solution delivery objectives and success criteria to the team while providing motivation, direction, and oversight of teams of up to 15 people including SMEs, PMO, designers, architects, developers, and QA

Basic Requirements

  • Familiarity with the Lean Six Sigma methodology and toolset
