Business Data Analyst (Llv Global)

As a Business Data Analyst at LLV Global, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions. Your role will involve data mining, modeling, and visualization, as well as generating reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Gather and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
2. Design and implement data models, databases, and data collection systems.
3. Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
4. Create and automate data analysis processes to streamline reporting and improve efficiency.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
6. Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and support decision-making.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
2. Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a business or corporate environment.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately and effectively.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
5. Experience with data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
6. Solid understanding of statistical analysis methods and techniques.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data analysis concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
9. Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and integrity.
10. Familiarity with data governance principles and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
