INTRODUCTION:

As the Director of People Operations, you will play a crucial role in driving our global talent and people strategy. Reporting to the VP of Talent Enablement and People Operations, you will lead a team of People Operations Partners ensuring the smooth execution of all people-related initiatives and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment in alignment with our Company values of Best Life, One Team, and Growth Mindset.

Your expertise in People processes, Workday system, talent management and talent development practices, and people-first policies will be instrumental in shaping our growing organization's continued success. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Oversee all aspects of our People Operations processes, including talent management (building a global talent assessment framework), performance management, people-first policy design, and creating an global equitable positive employee experience.
• Partner with People leadership to provide strategic insights on talent management, organizational design, succession planning, talent reviews, and workforce analytics.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment, implementing initiatives that promote diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion.
• Lead, mentor, and develop/grow a team of People Operations professionals, providing hands-on guidance, support, and ongoing development opportunities.
• Drive the development and implementation of people-first policies and procedures that promote equity, fairness, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
• Stay updated on relevant employment laws, regulations, and trends and proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective utilization and optimization of our Workday System, including system configuration, reporting, and data integrity.
• Partner with People Leadership to develop and execute the global talent and people strategy, aligned with our Company values and organizational objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
• High integrity, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to scale and pivot to meet the demands of a dynamic and growing global SaaS business leading the way in the Fit Tech industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing people-first policies and procedures.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent people leadership and partnering skills and proven ability to nurture and develop high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience implementing new People Operations processes, systems, and initiatives.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Workday System, including reporting and data management.
• Proven experience (15+ years) in HR/People operations, with a focus on People Operations processes, Compensation, and Policies.

AND IT’S GREAT TO HAVE:

• Experience with managing immigration process for team members
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and GDPR certification processes
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
