Global People Operations Process Analyst (Remote)

We are looking for a Process Analyst for a large, global B2B high-tech company. This role will be responsible for organizing, leading, and facilitating cross-functional project teams in discussions to create, analyze and improve current state processes.

This is a 40-hour-per-week, 4-month contract-to-hire, remote role.

This is a W2 employee role of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities

• Collects data to identify the root cause of problems and pain points across the end-to-end process.
• Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes, focusing specifically on automation and technology improvements using the ServiceNow Platform. Communicates team progress.
• Diagrams and evaluates existing processes through the creation of process maps using LucidChart.
• Establishes a baseline, analyzing steps or waste, of the current state process in order to set up future optimization.

Requirements

• Experience with HR end-to-end business processes (CRM, ATS, Onboarding, Off Boarding, Organizational Changes, and other cross-functional processes).
• Experience differentiating between processes and transactions.
• Experience with process visualization software (Lucid, Visio).
• Bachelors Degree Preferred.
• Experience creating process frameworks and models.
• Project management and continuous improvement experience.
• 2-3 years of work experience in process mapping using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies; process engineering skills preferred where available.

Compensation: $30/hr - $34.29/hr
