Business process management that involved controlling, monitoring, measuring, executing, designing, and evaluating business processes within an organization or function.

Successful involvement or management of various company projects.

Strong track record of project management or program management.

Expert knowledge of Process Safety fundamentals, Process Risk management and design of Safety Instrumented Systems

Adequate knowledge and experience effectively brought in work-practice in the chemical/petrochemical or other similar manufacturing environment

Education: Bachelor of Science in Chemical / Process Engineering

Work Experience: Minimum of about 7 years of engineering experience

Computing skills including MS Office suite and process simulation software

Expert knowledge of chemical and process engineering fundamentals

Business or technology experience; focus in business Process Management (BPM, Six Sigma, DFSS; Lean experience a plus).

Strong partnership and relationship management skills; ability to work across functions and organizational lines/levels

Working knowledge of process based technology framework (such as Infrastructure Technology Library (ITIL) or other). Certification a plus.

Working knowledge of COBIT or other best practice. Certification a plus.

Working experience with Process Maturity Assessments CMMI, TIPA or other best practice based on ISO/IEC 15504 standard. Certification a plus.

Manage ongoing process performance and assess risk

Write up and present project reports to update progress and to convey project developments to all appropriate manufacturing personnel and management.

3-5 Years Experience in a manufacturing environment - Required.

Experience in supporting manufacturing processes, specifically in Electron-beam physical vapor deposition (EBPVD) coating targets.

Experience in addressing manufacturing defects in your previous roles.

Global People Operations Process Analyst

· Diagrams and evaluates existing processes through the creation of process maps using LucidChart.

Project management and continuous improvement experience.

2-3 years of work experience in process mapping using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies; process engineering skills preferred where available.

Experience creating process frameworks and models.

Experience with HR end-to-end business processes (CRM, ATS, Onboarding, Off Boarding, Organizational Changes, and other cross-functional processes).

Experience differentiating between processes and transactions.

Experience with process visualization software (Lucid, Visio).

Analyzes project data and tracks / reports on project benefits for management team.

Gain cooperation of others, conducts presentations of technical/process information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
