Why you'll love this role:
As a People Operations Analyst at Cribl, you will work closely with the People Operations team to ensure the smooth execution of People processes and initiatives that contribute to a well oiled People team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, assisting in People compliance efforts, managing People systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall efficiency of our People Operations function.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the People Operations function and help implement streamlined procedures for maximum efficiency.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries related to People policies, procedures, and programs, providing clear and concise information and guidance.
- People Systems Management: Serve as a key point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, troubleshoot system issues, and contribute to the optimization of People systems and tools.
- Compliance Support: Assist with People compliance efforts by staying informed about relevant labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies. Support the implementation of necessary changes and updates.
- Benefits Administration: Collaborate with the benefits team to manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
- People Reporting: Generate regular reports and analytics on People metrics, such as turnover rates, headcount, and diversity, to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of People programs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Finance and IT, to ensure accurate information flow and consistent processes.
- Employee Data Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy in our HRIS and other relevant systems.
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...
- Bring effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bring 2-4 years of experience in a People Operations role, with a strong understanding of People processes and compliance.
- Be self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bring excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Have proficiency in HRIS systems, Slack and Google Suite.
Salary Range ($55,000 - $70,000)
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
