As a Restaurant Manager you can expect to earn an annual salary with immediate benefits to include; medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401(k) retirement savings program (after 1 year), immediate 2 weeks of paid time off (3 weeks after 3 years), and dining discounts. Additional Qualifications:
  • Must be available to work the typical schedule for our Restaurant Managers which is 50-55 hours over a 5-day work week
  • 3+ yrs of Manager experience in a high volume full service restaurant w/ a full bar
  • Strong ability to analyze financial data, diagnose issues, and coach the operations team on next steps
