Established in 2012, YogaSix has been transforming lives through yoga, and now we're looking for a dedicated General Manager to uphold our high standards and ensure the smooth operation of our studios.

Position Overview:

As the General Manager, you will be an integral part of our mission to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain the excellence that YogaSix represents. Collaborating with the Owners, you will oversee our studios, ensuring and upholding customer service standards. You will lead the Sales team, supervise our Wellness Advisors, and work closely with our Lead Teachers to create a harmonious environment. Your role requires a true passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, proficiency with computers, effective leadership and communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Maintaining composure at all times and treating customers with respect and professionalism, even in challenging situations
• Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes with good judgment
• Proficiency with computers and studio software
• Demonstrated capability to take initiative and work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
• Proven track record in generating and following up on leads
• Confidence in driving personal and team sales through role playing and training Wellness Advisors
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
• Successful experience in supervising and leading teams
• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
• Ability to optimize revenue streams, including memberships, retail, and teacher training
• Trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to excel in a diverse, fast-changing environment
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and attentive to personal presentation
• Strong self-leadership and management skills
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, and skilled at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Proficiency in writing and grammar, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

Key Responsibilities:

As our General Manager, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, coaching, and mentoring the Wellness Advisors
• Provide regular, comprehensive weekly reports to the Owners, presenting key metrics and insights on studio operations and performance.
• Regularly contributing to studio social media to engage and inspire our community
• Creating and executing an effective marketing plan to attract new clients and enhance retention and loyalty
• Maintain open communication, promptly addressing questions and concerns.
• Assisting in managing maintenance issues, inventory, and cleanliness
• Participating in grassroots marketing partnerships to drive new guest traffic on a weekly basis
• Collaborating closely with the Studio Owner and National Sales Director to ensure studio health and profitability
• Responsible for managing and creating the Wellness Advisor schedule
• Generating leads, driving membership sales, and ensuring high retention rates
• Managing and growing revenue streams, such as memberships, retail, and teacher training
• Actively participating in studio, regional, and company-wide meetings and trainings as required

Physical Requirements:

To perform the essential functions of this role, you should meet the following physical requirements:

• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
• Capability to reach with hands and arms, bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, potentially exceeding 8 hours per day

Compensation & Benefits:

• This position offers a competitive base salary of 70k+ based on experience & performance
• Opportunity to bonus after 30 days, based on performance
