Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000/Year + performance Bonus and Benefits

BBSI is seeking an experienced Concrete General Manager for a leading Construction company with plans to aggressively expand their operations.
Summary:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective workflows. The General Manager will develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. He or she will be instrumental with developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring the company's profitability and financial sustainability.
Job Responsibilities
Operational Management:
·Plan, organize, and execute concrete projects, including estimating, bidding, and scheduling.
·Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve any issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
·Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall productivity.
Safety and Compliance:
·Conduct regular safety training programs and inspections to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.
Team Leadership and Development:
·Recruit, hire, train, and mentor employees to build a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
·Set performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide regular feedback to drive employee growth and development.
Financial Management:
·Monitor project costs, control expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to optimize project profitability.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
·Four-year college education associated with construction blueprints standards, cost analysts and project management assimilations or technical equivalent.
·10+ Years of concrete construction experience with a background in estimating.
·Demonstrated experience in managing and leading construction operations.
·Ability to manage underlying take-off software and explore any new subsequent software for general operations.
·Competency with eTakeOff, Buildertrend, or ProCore software
·Bilingual in Spanish highly desired
Travel Requirements- Up to 50% - Attending jobs, vendors, and client locations
