Craft Captivating Proposals: Your knack for words and numbers will shine as you generate compelling client proposals and budgets that showcase the essence of our unique experiences.
Coordinate Unforgettable Experiences: You'll be the mastermind behind our site inspections, coordinating every intricate detail, from vendor arrangements to costs and beyond.
Spark Client Connections: Supporting our Sales Managers, you'll ensure that client follow-ups, meetings, and trade shows are seamlessly managed to foster meaningful relationships.
Innovate and Create: Got a creative spark? Put it to work by contributing to the development of new products that will delight our clients, seamlessly weaving them into your proposals.

What We're Looking For
Your Administrative Flair: You've got 1-3 years of administrative experience under your belt, showcasing your organizational prowess and keen attention to detail.
Hospitality Hustle: You're no stranger to the hospitality industry and have a background in sales or conference services, which means you know how to create experiences that wow.

Budget Guru: You've dabbled in budget development and management, so numbers don't intimidate you – they excite you.
