Job Description

Customer Success Coordinator


Rare opportunity to join a high-growth tech start-up in the retail engagement space. We are looking for an exceptional independent contributor with a solid track record of growth to join our growing customer success team.


Founded in 2020, Leaf VIP (www.leaf.vip) is a technology company that empowers brands to engage and educate retailstaff. We offer a direct line of communication between brands and key, on-the-ground retail employees who influence consumers and sales every day. With Leaf VIP, retail professionals are equipped by brands with the knowledge to best sell their products and to consistently provide customers with great experiences.


What you will do:


  • Responsibilities may evolve and cover other areas of the business including administrative type duties such as list matching for clients, creating offers, etcetera.
  • Assist with client onboarding and provide continuous improvement to Leaf VIP’s best practices for customer success.
  • Support client educational marketing campaigns through a deep understanding of proprietary Leaf VIP technology and help increase customer adoption and utilization of the Leaf VIP platform.
  • Work with the Customer Success team to consistently create new Leaf VIP sponsored content for the Leaf VIP network of budtenders and buyers.
  • Cultivate relationships with key brand stakeholders and help ensure customer objectives are clearly communicated, facilitating organizational alignment internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare demos, including performing brand discovery work, as well as drafting Leaf VIP brand proposals
  • Develop brand insights presentations to better equip the brand with an understanding of the value created from their educational marketing campaigns.


Qualifications:


  • 1-3+ years experience in a Business Intelligence, Sales or Success Operations role
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with Hubspot preferred but not required
  • Data-driven and analytical.
  • Strong communication skills; able to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail; experience managing detailed project plans, meeting deadlines, and proactively raising blockers or risks.
