**Customer Success Analyst**

**Role Overview:**
As a Customer Success Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customer success team in its mission to ensure customer satisfaction, drive product adoption, and foster long-term loyalty. You will be responsible for analyzing customer data to gain insights into customer behavior, product usage, and potential risk areas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Data Analysis:** Dive deep into customer usage data to extract meaningful insights and trends that can be used to drive product adoption and loyalty.
2. **Reporting:** Create regular reports for the customer success team, highlighting key performance indicators, potential areas of concern, and opportunities for growth.
3. **Collaboration:** Work closely with customer success managers, product teams, and sales to drive cohesive strategies that benefit our customer base.
4. **Feedback Loop:** Gather feedback from customers and channel that feedback to relevant departments to ensure continuous product and service improvement.
5. **Process Improvement:** Identify areas of process improvement within the customer success department based on quantitative and qualitative data.
6. **Risk Identification:** Proactively identify at-risk accounts based on usage patterns and collaborate with the team to design intervention strategies.
7. **Training:** Aid in training initiatives, ensuring the broader team's approach to customer success is data-driven.
**Required Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in a data-driven role, ideally within customer success, business analytics, or a similar area.
3. Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or equivalent.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work cross-functionally and be a collaborative team player.
6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
1. Experience in SaaS or e-commerce.
2. Familiarity with customer success platforms like Gainsight, Totango, or similar.
3. Certification in data analytics or a related field.
