About the Role
Our Customer Success team supports the advertisers that we work with on behalf of our associations. This role can be worked100% remote from anywhere in Florida!You also have the option to work in either of our offices located in Gainesville, FL or our HQ in St. Augustine, FL.
This Customer Success Specialist role will wear MANY hats throughout the day, but below is a short list ofsomeof the mainresponsibilitiesthat this role performs on any given day.
- Monitor performance of advertising campaigns, and provide advertisers with information on how their campaign is doing, along with providing feedback and suggestions on changes to drive better performance.
- Typical work schedule will be normal office hours Mon-Fri.
- Launch advertising campaigns on-time.
- Help manage the internal email inbox for the entire Customer Success team.
- Communicate and partner with internal TAP teams.
- Communicate with advertisers via email, Zoom, and phone calls.
- Manage project timelines effectively to guarantee the successful launch of campaigns for advertisers.
- Work with advertisers to collect their art work to be used for their association advertising campaign.
About the Person
Our ideal candidate for this Customer Success Specialist role will be someone with the following skills, experience, and attributes.
- Has a natural curiosity and an eagerness to learn, grow, and develop professionally. No advertising experience is required; we will train you on everything!
- Has experience working in a remote role (preferred but not required)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and has a proven ability to manage details and meet project deadlines
- Takes pleasure in managing and completing a variety of tasks in a timely fashion
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can adapt to changes effectively
- Has the ability to keep themselves and help their team stay organized
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable navigating various digital platforms efficiently. Experience with programs like GSuite, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot,Monday.com, etc., is preferred but not required.
- Enjoys working in a structured and systematic manner
- Has previous experience working in a professional role that required direct customer-facing contact and communication
- Is proficient in written communication and can maintain positive customer relationships through email correspondence. Strong verbal communication skills are also valued.
- Is willing to step in wherever they’re needed, and can juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Has strong internal motivation to consistently deliver high-quality results and meet deadlines
