There is an acute shortage of accountants in the US. Universities are struggling to fill their accounting programs and companies are struggling to find accounting talent.

Miles is very well positioned and in-time to solve this problem. But we can not do it alone. Therefore we are on the lookout for the right people.

What are your job functions?

• Extensive travel involved for client meetings and events, both domestically and internationally
• Build relationships with the Career services team of Universities.
• Maintain strong relationships with universities, acting as the main point of contact.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance university partnerships.
• Attend conferences and events to expand our network within the university sector.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in university relations or account management is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development and managing relationships with universities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate unstructured challenges.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience across various functions.
