We are hiring for our client in the medical device manufacturing industry

Duration: 10 months

Location Remote

• Responsible for the execution of campus recruiting for the Internship Program such as scheduling and conducting candidate phone screens, interviews, communication of agenda and logistics to candidates and hiring managers.
• Implement D+I recruiting strategy to attract strong, local, and diverse pipeline of campus talent that aligns to DEI program goals working with MSI's like HBCU, HSI, etc.
• Partner with hiring managers and human resource business partners to identify final candidates and lead the offer process and pre-hire process to coordinate intern drug & background check processes.
• Track status of requisitions and manage the recruitment timeline in alignment with our defined program goals.
• Assist with all logistics for DEI focused recruiting activities such as career fairs, networking sessions, swag orders etc. in cross-functional collaboration with managers and human resource business partners.
• Lead job requisition process with hiring managers for intern roles and post on Workday and Handshake.
• Documents all processes, process changes, best practices, etc. in UR Standard Work Document
• Provide support with reporting & metrics, process audits, and improving handoffs/communication between departments.
