Salary Grade Range: base depending on seniority level. Base could range from 80 – 120k depending on the experience + commission, incentives the on-track earnings should be 165k - 200k.

Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a passion for healthcare placement/staffing initiatives and a proven track record of generating B2B relationships and revenue. As the Business Development Manager, you will prospect and qualify potential clients, while possessing excellent communication and time management skills. Education:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered.
Experience:
- Previous staffing experience is preferred.
- Key skills include planning, creativity, tenacity, independence, and sound judgment.
- Proven track record of sales success and generating B2B relationships and revenue.
- Experience selling directly to C-suite healthcare clients over the phone.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficient typing skills and an excellent understanding of word processing tools, spreadsheets, and CRM/Databases.
Key Requirements:
- Participate in 1-3 strategic meetings per week with team members to support business development activities.
- Comfort with repetitive routine tasks.
- Ability to withstand moderate amounts of stress.
- Ability to understand and follow clear oral and/or written procedures without deviation.
- Ability to implement others’ decisions/procedures with little judgment required.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Must consistently achieve business development targets, including the signing of at least one contract per month.
- Adherence to a provided work schedule to meet set qualitative production standards.
Primary Duties:
- Meet KPIs and maintain a heavy call volume of 50-100 calls per day.
- Be available to work outside of normal business hours to meet client’s needs and be willing to travel, when needed, to represent the company.
- Be growth-oriented, ambitious, and eager to achieve excellence and understanding of the role.
- Identify key decision-makers among potential new clients in selected markets, and coordinate high-quality meetings.
- Generate quality leads through a multi-channel prospecting approach: cold calling, emails, social media, CRM, and databases.
- Meet or exceed the company’s financial monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Sell our services to HR, VP, and C-level Executives within respective regions and confidently manage current client relationships.
- Attend industry lunches, dinners, and conventions in your area as our representative.
- Deal effectively with strategic issues, as well as the tactical, operational details.
- Share, learn, and collaborate with team members and manager to develop strategies, improve execution, and generate ideas that drive team results and success.
- Support the Business Development Department in prospecting and targeting cold/warm leads.
- Influence key C/V level decision-makers and understand organizational business drivers, challenges, and pain points.
Compensation Structure:
3-5 years of Nursing Staffing Experience or 5-10 years of sales experience.
Base salary: $80k - $120k depending on the experience.
On-Track Earnings (OTE): $165k - $200k with uncapped commission.
