We are seeking a Manager of Global Business Partnerships. This role leads a team of managers, serving as a key point of contact between GBT and our airline partners.

The successful candidate will have….

• An experienced leader, building and growing a high performance team of future leaders
• Excellent relationship skills to build a network of internal and external stakeholders across GBT
• Experience in travel or B2B company
• Experience in B2B sales, relationship management
• A basic understanding of airline distribution
• Understanding of travel management company processes and systems
• Project management skills, able to plan, track and execute complex initiatives across multiple teams/stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, able to look at look at various reports, understand changing trends with in travel, and the implications that has on our supplier partners and customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to distil complex topics into easily understood and concise communications

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, sales, or relationship management role
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Mathematics.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to deliver results with minimal supervision. Able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Able to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Ability to influence and motivate others at all levels of the organization, successfully build and manage relationships with stakeholders and colleagues, and work in a matrix environment across multiple geographies and functional areas.
• Curious and eager to learn, willing to take measured risks to improve success rate.
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage priorities and expectations of multiple stakeholders at different levels in the organization.

Location

United States - Virtual Location

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
