Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll be responsible for the relationship management and business production goals of Attune’s strategic distribution relationships, which is composed of national agency networks and brokers.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing to facilitate growth & education campaigns
  • Provide consistent reporting both internally and externally
  • Drive process improvement efforts
  • Establish regular GTM cadence with partner teams including marketing plans, budget and sales review
  • Work closely with the other members of the Strategic Partnerships team at the early stages of a relationship to become familiar with the partner and facilitate a smooth transition from sales to growth
  • Drive QBRs for larger/strategic partners
  • Partner with the product and insurance teams to create compelling offerings and provide customer and agent feedback
  • Work collectively with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to ensure strategic alignment and implementation of vision


Skills and Qualifications

  • You are resourceful, enthusiastic, and desire to operate in a start-up environment – if you’re looking for an opportunity to learn and expand your skill set, this is the place!
  • You have strong people and presentation experiences
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Commercial P&C insurance.
  • Knowledge of and experience working with product APIs as a bonus
  • You use data to make judgements, but can also look past the numbers as needed
  • You currently hold or can quickly obtain an active insurance producer license
  • People refer to you as “buttoned up”, in other words, you are on top of things
  • You have had a similar role working with SMB heavy ecosystems
  • Experience to travel as needed, but less than 35% of the time
