Our large hospitality client is looking for a programs and partnerships manager to join their team on a long-term (12+ month) contract position. This person will lead, develop, and manage several aspects of operational and commercial programs and partnerships. The manager will also focus on building a library of tools and resources to support those programs.
This position has the ability to be fully remote. Candidates must reside in the following states: DC, VA, MD, AR, CO, CA, GA, FL, IL, NC, NJ, NY, PA, MA, or TX. All McKinley roles include a competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Lead outreach and collaboration with key stakeholders to share best practices and gain feedback for new programs, partnerships and initiatives
- Manage projects from original concept through the final implementation
- Evaluate success of programs and partnerships
- Provide training and onboarding for new tools, programs and partnerships
- Lead ongoing review and action planning to support goals of the department
- Provide marketing and commercial support including guidance on websites, marketing and social media campaigns, reporting & analytics capabilities
- Create a framework to adopt partnerships and programs, including development of operational tools and resources, playbooks and presentations
- Create roadmaps for expansion and identifying new opportunities
Requirements
- Relevant professional work experience
- Degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable recommendations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
