Job Description

This is a newly created role that will be crucial within the Manufacturer Solutions leadership team, in establishing the strategic plan to drive the expansion of GoodRx's partnerships with media agencies. We are seeking an individual who has successfully built and led teams who will be focused on strategic initiatives to foster agency account growth and effective management of Joint Business Partnerships. In addition the ideal candidate would have a strong background in healthcare agencies and established relationships within the industry.


Responsibilities


  • Oversee all strategic projects focused on advancing agency account growth and Joint Business Partnerships.
  • Partner with leaders across agencies to articulate and disseminate the value and strategy of GoodRx throughout the organization.
  • Act as a team builder and mentor. Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Utilize existing agency connections to identify key decision-makers within the agency structure, enhancing collaboration and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership and agency stakeholders to help drive short- and long-term Joint Business Partnership objectives for GoodRx.


Requirements


  • 15+ years of related experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. Experience in media agency planning, buying, and strategy, demonstrating an understanding of the industry.
  • Proven track record of assessing competitive landscapes and gathering market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prior experience in media, digital health, pharmacy, or related industries is a plus.
  • Proven leader who can deliver in a dynamic environment and is comfortable taking a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven experience in developing strategies with input from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, enabling efficient data analysis and impactful presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and articulate ideas clearly.
  • Proven track record of overseeing quarterly, annual, and multi-year strategic plans while aligning efforts across various departments within the organization.


$164,000 - $263,000 a year


Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications.
