Responsibilities:


  • Select appropriate medium for messages and/or audience, such as how-to guides, whitepapers, manuals, blog posts, or online videos
  • Keep in touch with current clients and former clients
  • Create mutually beneficial co-marketing materials that leverage both partner and Hawke Media channels, providing joint value
  • Evaluate and recommend revisions to standards and guidelines
  • Gather usability feedback from partners, prospects, customers, service, marketing, and business development team members
  • Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, charts, videos, gifs, and infographics that increase partners’ and prospects’ understanding of Hawke services and offerings
  • Seek out new and innovative marketing levers that drive Partnerships KPIs
  • Engage directly as needed with senior stakeholders from both Hawke Media and the partner; embody Hawke’s brand values and culture as an ambassador
  • Project manage partnership operations with cross-functional teams to create, manage, and improve upon processes
  • Provide technical and written support to the inbound marketing team on a needs basis
  • Develop and write internal and external partnership presentations and sales enablement collateral
  • Serve as point-of-contact for all channels (press, media, events, owned channels, social, etc) and internal teams
  • Organize and write supporting documents for partners about Hawke’s services
  • Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and guides for partners and other users
  • Develop other practices in order to help grow the business (communication processes, workflow infrastructure, etc.)
  • Determine the needs of partners and other users for technical documentation and case studies regarding Hawke’s services and capabilities, and develop written materials to accurately depict Hawke’s offering and competitive advantage
  • Attend events to continue to meet new potential clients and partners
  • Hold sales meetings and calls with potential clients
  • Study Hawke services and work with internal and external services and creative teams to develop brand-right marketing materials
  • Consistently bring in clients for Hawke Media
  • Conduct usability studies to help improve the design of Hawke partner marketing materials
  • Develop and produce high-quality partner marketing materials aligned to target customer segments and/or industries with demonstrated ability to create compelling thought leadership content and strong working knowledge of best practices in digital marketing including - webinar content, website and email copy, and all other co-branded marketing materials
  • Revise internal documents and other written materials as new developments and offerings arise
  • Standardize content across all platforms, partner channels, and media
  • Draft and edit all partnership messaging, creative, and content
  • Write technical documents in compliance with the company’s established standards and guidelines
  • Develop and produce high-quality partner marketing materials aligned to target customer segments and/or industries with demonstrated ability to create compelling thought leadership content and strong working knowledge of best practices in digital marketing including - webinar content, website and email copy, and all other co-branded marketing materials
  • Continuously measure, create reports on, and improve partner marketing opportunities, operational processes, and materials
  • Research, analyze, and edit existing materials and repurpose it for online, print, and distribution on partner channels
  • Develop partnership education materials internally across all services, internal marketing, and business development teams
  • Continue communication with Santa Monica office
  • Continue to expand sales and partnerships; continue to build a partner network


Qualifications


  • A solid knowledge of marketing and the ability to coach and speak as a proficient marketer
  • Communication - the most important piece. Be able to communicate clearly and efficiently
  • 10+ years digital marketing experience
  • You must be comfortable with travel; attend events, conferences, or to meetings with clients off-site
  • Experience with Hubspot, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • A self-starter - we do not micromanage here, so you must be self-motivated
  • 5+ years of partnerships and/or sales experience
  • Sales ability with a key emphasis on closing
  • BA or equivalent preferred
