THE ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager who is curious, efficient at problem solving and finds creative solutions to help guide, structure and organize a rapidly growing team and company in health, wellness and culture. This position will report into the Director of Creative + Brand Operations supporting Brand function leaders, working closely with the Creative Studio Project Manager and Production team to keep the Brand Creative engine running on all cylinders.


This role will manage both large and small projects across the Brand function with a main focus on Content, but also including the Activations and Community teams. Main cross functional partners across the business include the Brand Creative producer and Digital teams. This role will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets and process implementation to create optimal efficiency for our Brand work. The Brand + Creative Operations team connects the dots from beginning to end to ensure world class brand work, all the while making the experience as enjoyable as possible for our partners.


We’re looking for a teammate who is adaptable, organized, has a keen eye for detail and quality, is able to approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and leads with kindness.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Ensure work is delivered on time, containing all necessary information to Creative Studio.
  • Send out weekly email outlining what is coming up next for the Brand team across the next two weeks.
  • Partner with Creative Studio Managers (Brand + Growth), Strategy Program Manager and Production team to refine ways of working to make processes as seamless as possible across projects and to inform broader process.
  • Asset Management: making sure all brand files, documents and assets are saved in the correct places and updated on the Digital Headquarter.
  • Work with Director of Creative + Brand Operations to create and deliver operational excellence for the Brand Creative team and beyond.
  • Implement process and drive project work streams within and beyond Asana.
  • Uncover opportunities to implement continuous improvement of process, sharing recommendations to the Brand and Creative leadership team.
  • Support Content, Community and Activations teams to facilitate the execution of brand moments.
  • Oversee timelines, day-to-day deliverables, and communication of project statuses.
  • Connect the dots with our cross functional partners to ensure Brand has all up to date and current information relevant to project success.
  • Support Brand budget tracking, and invoicing for Content, Activation and Community projects.
  • Ensure brand calendar management for all projects work streams; inclusive of production.
  • Refine and standardize briefing process.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Integrated creative or marketing workstream management background (includes projects within creative concepts, design, writing, retail, event, digital, social, media, broadcast and communications).
  • Asana / Slack / Google Suite / InDesign / Keynote Proficiency.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in a complex, cross functional environment.
  • Clear and concise communication and organization skills, ability to multitask.
  • Passion for wellness, sport, culture, music, design.
  • Documented success and experience delivering multi-dimensional marketing and creative projects.
  • Understands the creative process and what the teams need to produce best in class work.
  • Someone who is curious and wants to learn. A builder of ideas and process who thinks outside the box.
  • A seasoned and strong ability to problem solve as challenges arise.
  • The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude.

AG is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $85,000 - 108,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
