What you’ll do

• Partner with the Product Manager by providing Operations input as the team works on a product solution
• Work closely with cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, rollout, and iterate on products
• Ensure that we create the right products and processes to move our business forward
• Segment customers for product rollouts, feature requests, and other product operational processes such as migrations to new systems and tools
• Collect business insights and inject them into the product organization for prioritization
• Innovate into our customer needs and spans operations, customers, product and engineering, to drive the perfect product market fit

What we’re looking for

• Prior experience working on regional projects, or in an international setting
• Analytical skill set is required, programming skill set is a plus
• Experience working with customers and/or operations teams is a must
• Ability to bring key partners across functions together, foster collaboration and teamwork
• 3-5 years in operations or SaaS product environments, with focus on gathering & prioritizing strategic insights and deploying products to scaled customer bases

This role is based in our Los Angele office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you’re constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes - and we are doing all these things - we believe we’re better as a team in-person.
