Human Resources Integrity Investigations Manager Jobs

Develop procedures to manage intelligence collection and data monitoring throughout the season and off-season

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred

5+ years of equivalent experience

Experience as an intelligence analyst or data analyst preferred

Experience and success in leveraging open source intelligence techniques

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Solid product design background and experience reviewing / redlining 3D turns of product

Product knowledge/background to review assets on printed fabric (apparel, bedding).

3 + years of experience developing strategic and creative licensed consumer products

3 + years experience in the gaming, toys, or entertainment industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills - an articulate speaker who knows how to read and engage an audience

Skilled in presentation composition and communications technology including PowerPoint and Google Slides

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business disciplines, or equivalent experience

Prepare concise Reports of Investigation for read-out calls to Senior Management

Partner with Ethics & Compliance to ensure employee complaints are documented properly and cases are documented timely in case management platform

6+ years of professional human resources experience in leading employee investigations, employee relations, manager coaching, and human resources administration

Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate well with employees and managers

Guide managers through the appropriate steps to be taken for corrective action due to disciplinary or performance issues

Responsible for full life cycle of case management for a broad spectrum of HR related matters

Facilitate employee relations related training and education for leaders and the HR community

Knowledge of investigative interviewing techniques

Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to explain complex issues
