Job Description
Role Title: Community & Brand Manager


Location: Remote, Based in Los Angeles


Manager: VP Growth Marketing


Role Summary


Tia has built a loved and trusted brand in women’s health with a viral, organic marketing flywheel that drives sharing, UGC, and referrals. Now, we’re looking for a Community and Brand Manager to help accelerate our organic marketing engine and turn new clinic openings into viral moments that grow Tia’s brand awareness and membership.


As the Community and Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for new clinic launches, community programs, events, and influencer partnerships - with the goal of increasing membership. You will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing our brand presence, engaging our target audience, and expanding our community impact.

  • Prefer agency, tech and/or start up experience , ideally balanced with larger company and big budget experience as well.


Skills


  • Strong project management skills . You will manage complex projects, like new market launches, with many stakeholders. You have a demonstrated ability to keep track of many moving pieces, without letting the ball drop. You frequently communicate a project’s status and keep everyone accountable.
  • Measurement. You confidently and expertly apply data and analytics to measure the success of marketing programs in driving growth metrics and core business results.
  • Campaigns. You’ve successfully launched large-scale, creative consumer campaigns spanning online and offline activations. This includes managing creative, media, and digital agencies or in-house teams to develop highly engaging content.
  • Partnerships. You are experienced with sourcing, testing, and nurturing various brand partners, from local businesses to content creators/influencers. A keen sense of both brand and customer acquisition powers your partnership decisions. You are able to think strategically in building a partner portfolio while also delivering content, activations, and events at a fast pace.
  • Community. You deeply understand what motivates people to engage with brands and become loyal customers. As our expert in community engagement and grassroots marketing, you are able to harness the power of authentic connections to drive word-of-mouth conversions and referrals.


Responsibilities


  • Build a grassroots marketing engine through non-paid media channels.
  • Own the launch plans for new clinics to drive new membership.
  • Build and manage “always on” programs that engage our community, drive new memberships and foster referrals through content creators/influencers, local partnerships, community events, and other creative approaches.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for new clinic launches, with the goal of raising awareness and membership growth, while ensuring alignment with Tia's brand positioning and objectives.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and community initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
