Responsibilities

• Collect and aggregate data from multiple sources using software, ensuring data integrity through QA processes
• Collaborate with internal customers to identify requirements and conduct interviews to determine project scope
• Build visualization solutions using company standards for both internal and external customers
• Perform data analysis, visualization, and business analysis to support multiple departments and subject areas
• Produce and deliver general support requests in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate computer skills
• Five or more years of experience in analytics
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of databases, report and data query writing software (e.g., Access, SQL, SAS), and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
