Business Analyst-Fully REMOTE ICF Group

ICF Group is seeking a Business Analyst for our Growth, Engagement, and Insights group. In this role, you work with product managers, technical architects, developers, and clients to help define and organize business requirements for our quantitative data processing, reporting, and customer insights platform for products supporting both traditional utility energy efficiency programs and new clean energy programs. This involves interviewing stakeholders to help refine and maintain requirements and keeping product documentation current. Product documentation includes data mapping spreadsheets, product feature documentation, and configuration information for client implementations. There will be a primary focus on projects that support our energy efficiency marketing projects and team-wide agile ceremonies.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Propose and design effective solutions to address business challenges, leveraging technology, processes, or organizational changes.
- Project Management: Basic project management skills to assist in project planning and coordination.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the industry or domain in which the business operates, including relevant trends and best practices.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities, ensuring that developed solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and make informed recommendations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) can be a plus.
