ICF Group is seeking a Business Analyst for our Growth, Engagement, and Insights group. In this role, you work with product managers, technical architects, developers, and clients to help define and organize business requirements for our quantitative data processing, reporting, and customer insights platform for products supporting both traditional utility energy efficiency programs and new clean energy programs. This involves interviewing stakeholders to help refine and maintain requirements and keeping product documentation current. Product documentation includes data mapping spreadsheets, product feature documentation, and configuration information for client implementations. There will be a primary focus on projects that support our energy efficiency marketing projects and team-wide agile ceremonies.

• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and make informed recommendations.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) can be a plus.
